How to create a profile

In order to get started you need to create a profile on the Ludo Culture app.

1. Start by entering your phone number on the Ludo Culture app.

2. Post this, OTP will be sent to your registered phone number for verification.

3. Once you complete this, your profile will be created by an alias name. You also have an option to change your name and your avatar.

4. The next step is filling in your bank account details correctly, along with your PAN.

5. Filling the bank details includes entering your account number, bank name, IFSC Code, account type and the city of your bank branch.

6. Make sure that the details in your bank account matches your PAN.

Unable to create a new profile

In case you are not able to create a new profile for yourself, there can be few simple explanations for the same.

1. If you are not getting an OTP for verification, please re-check your mobile number, make sure it is correct.

2. Many-a-times weak internet connection is responsible for a failure in registration. Please re-check your internet connection.

3. Make sure the Ludo Culture app is updated to the latest version.
